I want to buy more quantity or wholesale. How can I place my order?
For wholesale purchases, please send an email to [email protected] or write to us through the form. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Which countries do we ship to?
We ship worldwide. For online purchases, we currently deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and France. For shipments to other destinations, please contact us, and we will manage the order from our office to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed before 11:59 will be shipped the same day, with usual delivery within 24/48 hours. For shipments to France, the delivery time is 4 to 5 days.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of packages in your order and the destination country.
When you add items to your cart and complete the delivery details, the system will automatically update the shipping cost amount.
How can I pay for my order?
You have the following payment options available:
- Credit or debit card: Purchase verification is automatic, which speeds up the process.
- Bank transfer: You will need to send us the payment receipt. Please note that the order will not be processed until we confirm the payment.
I would like to receive a sample. How can I request one?

How can I find out the technical specifications of a product?
You can download the technical data sheet and the safety data sheet directly from the product page on our website.
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the transportation tracking information, as well as a copy of the delivery note and the certificate of analysis.
Can I purchase smaller packages?
The minimum order quantities can be found specified in each product’s data sheet.
