The General Contract Conditions govern the distance selling relationship between CERAS INDUSTRIALES MARTI SL and the user or client, in accordance with legal stipulations, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contract Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, current and applicable data protection legislation, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
CERAS INDUSTRIALES MARTI SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any legally admissible means and will be binding for as long as they are published online and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. Order Execution
CERAS INDUSTRIALES MARTI SL commits to dispatch the material within 24/48 hours (working days) for the client to receive it within 48/72 hours from the day after the order is placed.

However, if the purchase has indeed been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not due to having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution, and thus the demand for the cancellation of the corresponding charge was undue, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate CERAS INDUSTRIALES MARTI SL for the damages and losses caused by such cancellation.
- Bank Transfer

Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Complaints
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without stating the reasons.

According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, services or goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or that due to their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
The Return
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Therefore, it is requested to ensure the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid problems during transport. Once received, we will check their condition. When we verify that both the item(s) and any possible components, accessories, promotional gifts, and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.
Payment Refund
In the case of an unjustified delay by CERAS INDUSTRIALES MARTI SL in returning the amounts paid, the customer may claim double the amounts paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages suffered beyond that amount.
Return of Defective Product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes not attributable to the customer, they will have the right to return the product, informing CERAS INDUSTRIALES MARTI SL of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, at no cost to the customer. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the current laws applicable in the Spanish territory. If any disputes arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with jurisdiction and competence rules.
