It is a wax suitable for various technical, industrial and chemical applications. 

Properties of Micro G75 Hard

Micro G75 Hard is a microcrystalline wax that is obtained as a petroleum derivative and undergoes filtration and refining processes. Its main characteristics include the following:

High melting point

In the range of 82 to 86 °C,  this high melting point allows the wax to maintain its integrity at high temperatures, making it ideal for applications involving heat exposure.

Flexibility

Despite its high melting point, Micro G75 Hard retains remarkable malleability. This makes it particularly suitable when elasticity is required, which distinguishes it from stiffer waxes such as refined and semi-refined paraffins

Adhesion

This characteristic makes it an effective material in applications where the ability to bond to surfaces and materials is essential, for example, in the manufacture of industrial seals and gaskets.

Micro G-75 Applications

Technical uses

Its high flexibility and adhesion make it valuable in construction and engineering, where sealability is critical. In this regard, it is applied in compounds used in pipes and fittings to ensure an effective and durable seal.
