Brightness and Protection
Carnauba wax is a natural wax obtained by drying and pressing the leaves of a palm native to northeastern Brazil: Copernicia prunifera.
It is one of the most widely used natural waxes today, due to its great versatility. It is a product valued for its hardness and wear resistance, and also for being hypoallergenic and emollient. These characteristics have earned it an important place in the cosmetics, footwear, ink, paint, and cleaning products industries. In many of these applications, it is also appreciated for its special shine.
The carnauba wax emulsion provides protection against mechanical abrasion, dirt, and water, while also giving excellent shine to surfaces. Among our products, we have two carnauba wax emulsions: one particularly recommended for providing shine and the other, anti-slip, ideal for application in hospitals, schools, hotels, and other high-traffic public areas.
